Booklet Making

Where sheets of materials are folded then stapled along the folded edge, to make a permanent booklet, the front edge being cut square to give a straight front edge.

Perforating and scoring

In line continuous perforating on both folding lines for tear off strips or for mailers that have removable sections, in addition to this we have two Hunkler controller units on the Stahl machine that allow us to produce start stop perforation in line with folding – so no need for a plate in many cases.

Stop Scoring

Scoring in two directions, stopping and starting – being run in line with folding or other finishing such as re-moist gluing.

Guillotining

SRA3 guillotine – for general cutting- either after digital printing or litho printing.
