Envelope Enclosing

Our large mailing facility in Berwick St. Leonard, just outside Salisbury is fully equipped to handle most mailings, from one piece mailers to complex and high-quality mailing projects. Using the latest technology, we can enclose up to six items into DL, C5 or C4 envelopes, as well as custom sizes by machine at high speed.

We can insert materials from 80gsm paper to items 14mm thick and sizes from a business card to an A4 booklet or sheet of paper. By making use of mechanical processes, we are able to enclose envelopes up to a rate of 12,000 envelope fills per hour and can insert between six and eight items into the envelope at the same time.

Polywrapping

If you want your mailing to have more impact as it lands on the doormat, we can also enclose up to 8 items in polythene so your brochure/insert can be seen without even being opened. Polywrapping is a brilliant solution for allowing your brand and materials to be seen as soon as they arrive. It is an efficient and cost effective way of mailing multiple pieces of material and can also improve response rates.

Our poly enclosing line can manage differing sizes of items from A4 to C4 and materials from 80gsm paper to a full ‘Yellow pages’ sized book. We are able to wrap up to eight items at a time and at a speed of up to 6000 wraps per hour.

Mail Fulfilment Service

Our mail fulfilment service takes all of the items you have ready to go and makes them into your ‘Mailing Pack’ ready for mailing to your customers or prospects. In most cases we will have already printed these here at Mail and Print, but we can also fulfil projects with specialist marketing materials like pens or gadgets alongside a plethora of other supplied items.

Storage

Mail and Print is your easy solution for a short or long term storage – just for a pallet or even a speedboat. Our secure warehouse is available on a weekly basis. Collection service available. We also sell a selection of various size cartons, bubble wrap, corrugated card, marker pens and tape at very competitive prices.

Security is of the utmost importance to us and our warehouse is equipped with the most up to date intruder systems.
