Reporting

A host of management reporting is available for inventory, sales & returns – on demand and by use of our automatic report scheduler. Automated reports can be setup & sent every day, week or month – as well as critical alert notifications being sent for out of stock, low stock and general stock movements.

Customer Service Queries

If clients have any problems with orders, Mail and Print has an inbuilt customer service query tool to help smooth the process. Client users can raise queries pre or post-despatch for issues such as changing orders, cancelling orders, lost orders or reporting damaged items received. If queries are raised pre-despatch – Mail and Print will automatically block the order from being despatched until its resolved.

Easy Setup

You can easily set up your account and products utilising your own SKU’s. You can see what product is shipped, in progress and status of stock – auto reordering notifications.
