Camera Matching

We are able to offer camera matching for envelope enclosing. Camera matching is a system on our machines we is used whilst enclosing direct mail campaigns. The system with make sure that a series of personalised print items are enclosed together in correct combination into the outer envelope.

How fast?

By making use of mechanical processes, we are able to enclose envelopes up to a rate of 12,000 envelope fills per hour and can insert between six and eight items into the envelope at the same time.

We operate a number of different machines that use the latest enclosing technology. For example, our fast inserting machine uses both stream feeders and rotary feeders to increase flexibility. We also operate several multi pick inserting machines as well as equipment designed specifically for financial mailings which handle the variances in numbers of sheets and different inserts. Some of our inserting lines are also fully capable of booklet inserting.
