At Mail and Print we specialise in the production of direct mail for companies across the country, we have a number of loyal customers who value our knowledge and attention to detail. As part of our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive to become part of our New Marketing Team.
This is a new role for the company and as part of your day to day activities you will be required to:
- Follow up by phone our own regular direct marketing campaigns
- Cleanse and update data within our CRM systems
- Research companies and identify key contacts for us to target
You will be measured on the quality of the conversations you begin not the quantity, you will pave the way for our sales team to create long lasting relationships with clients through further conversations and meetings. As such you will need to be confident on the phone and have the ability to match our service offerings to the requirements of our target market.
You will, therefore, need to have, or will have to show a willingness to learn about how businesses communicate with their customers on a day to day basis or through ongoing marketing campaigns utilising Direct Mail.
You will also need to be IT literate and have good knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products, specifically Excel.
As you will be joining our team at the beginning of our next stage of growth it is anticipated that we can offer the right candidate excellent career prospects and progression within our company in the future.
The role is based at our Head Office in Berwick St. Leonard, Salisbury, SP3 5GN.
